Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Dotnet Keys. We appreciate your business and want you to be fully informed about our policies regarding refunds and returns. Please review the following terms carefully.

Digital Products

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

Once a digital product key has been delivered via email or any other digital means, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Digital products are considered final sale due to the nature of their delivery and usage.

Compatibility Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the compatibility of the software with their system before making a purchase. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for digital products due to compatibility issues on the customer’s side.

Usage of Digital Products

Due to the inability to verify whether a digital product has been used or if the customer intends to use it in the future, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or restock any digital products.

Liability for Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver digital products instantly after payment, we shall have no liability for any delay in email delivery or non-delivery, nor for any consequential loss. Delays caused by circumstances outside the company’s control do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or refuse email delivery.

Physical Products

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return of a physical product, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Additionally, it must be in the original packaging. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] for further instructions.


To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
